• Tag & Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original sold condition with all original packaging and accessories. All "Do Not Remove" security tags must remain intact—returns will be rejected if security tags have been removed or tampered with.
• Quality & Authentication Checks: Every returned item undergoes a thorough quality control and authentication test upon arrival to verify it matches the item sold and remains in the same condition.
• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks during transit.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item arrives back in-store.
