Our usual opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
All items are shipped within 2-3 working days.
UK & European Union Website Orders
14-Day Return Window: In accordance with statutory consumer distance selling regulations, buyers located in the UK and European Union have 14 calendar days from receiving physical delivery of their order to request a return or exercise their right of cancellation.
Tag & Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in their original sold condition, complete with all original designer packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories. All single-use "Do Not Remove" security tags must remain completely intact—returns will be strictly rejected if security tags have been removed, cut, reattached, or tampered with.
Quality & Authentication Checks: Every returned item undergoes a rigorous secondary quality control and authentication inspection upon arrival in-store to verify it is the exact item sold and remains in its original, undamaged condition.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is solely responsible for all return postage fees, customs clearance charges (where applicable), and transit insurance. Shush London accepts no liability for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
Refund Processing: Following successful inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used within 5 to 7 working days of the returned item arriving back in-store.
Click & Collect Returns & Pickup
Pickup Requirement: Click & Collect orders are prepared for collection within 48 hours. Buyers must present valid government-issued photo ID (Passport or Driving Licence) along with their pickup confirmation email.
Return Window: For Click & Collect purchases, the 14-day statutory return window begins on the day the item is collected from our store.
International Orders (Rest of World)
Final Sale: Purchases made from and delivered outside the UK and European Union are strictly final sale. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted for international orders outside these regions.
Customs & Fees: International buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, local VAT, tariffs, and customs clearance charges imposed by their destination country.
All consigned items are delivered to Shush in excellent condition by the sellers. They are of the highest quality, cleaned, on hangers (if applicable), and “ready to sell.”
In cases where sellers do not disclose details about damage or alterations, Shush terminates their sales agreement any time and without notice.
