Opening Hours
Our usual opening hours are Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm.
All items are shipped within 2-3 working days.
UK Website Orders
- 14-Day Return Window: In line with UK distance selling regulations, UK online buyers have 14 calendar days from receiving their order to return an item.
- Tag & Condition Requirements: Items must be in their original sold condition with all original packaging and accessories. All "Do Not Remove" security tags must remain intact—returns will be rejected if security tags have been removed or tampered with.
- Quality & Authentication Checks: Every returned item undergoes a thorough quality control and authentication test upon arrival to verify it matches the item sold and remains in the same condition.
- Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and risks during transit.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after the returned item arrives back in-store.
International Orders
- Final Sale: Returns and refunds are not accepted for any purchases made from outside the UK.
- Customs & Fees: International buyers are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs charges.
All consigned items are delivered to Shush in excellent condition by the sellers. They are of the highest quality, cleaned, on hangers (if applicable), and “ready to sell.”
In cases where sellers do not disclose details about damage or alterations, Shush terminates their sales agreement any time and without notice.
